Run MiniMax H3 in a live Worldstream

MiniMax H3, the world's #1-ranked AI video model, can now generate a 15-second clip in under 15 seconds. Use the last frame to start the next clip and the video never has to end. You get an infinite world simulation where the audience decides what happens every 15 seconds. This tutorial shows you how to build and share your own.

The trick is the handoff. The final frame of one clip becomes the opening frame of the next, so the world keeps moving instead of ending after one generation.
While H3 makes the next scene, viewers choose what should happen. Sequencer carries the characters, location, objects, and recent events forward, turns the winning choice into the next prompt, and plays the result in the same room.

How Worldstreams use H3

Worldstreams are live at the story level. H3 still needs time to generate each scene. While viewers watch, the room collects votes and prepares the next direction. When the vote closes, Sequencer writes one filmable continuation and starts the next generation.
The final frame is the main continuity reference. If a scene ends with Mara standing at the pressure door, the next scene starts from that image. The prompt also includes the cast, location, visible objects, recent events, and the audience's choice.
A good first test is deliberately simple. Ask the audience whether Mara should open the door or call the surface. Generate the result, then check her face, clothes, position, the door, and the lighting. Fix those handoffs before adding a larger cast or looser audience suggestions.

Set up the world

1
Open the builder
Go to Worldstreams in Sequencer Experiences and create a new world.
2
Write the fixed facts
Describe the setting, cast, wardrobe, relationships, room layout, and story rules. Use details that can be checked on screen. “The pressure door is behind Mara” is more useful than “the room feels tense.”
3
Choose the opening frame
Use a medium or medium-wide image with readable faces, props, and geography. The first frame gives H3 the visual facts it will need in the next scene.
4
Set audience limits
Choose the voting cadence, chat mode, moderation level, blocked terms, link policy, and the kinds of actions viewers may suggest.

Write the prompt

Keep permanent facts in the world definition. Keep the changing scene prompt short. Each continuation needs one action, one camera direction, a small sound plan, and a final pose or image the following scene can reuse.
WORLD A bioluminescent ocean research station at midnight. Deep indigo water, warm work lights, weathered metal, grounded cinematic realism. CAST Mara carries a handheld sonar receiver. Ivo maintains the station. Their clothes, tools, and relationship stay consistent between scenes. STORY The crew is searching for a signal beneath the station. Every discovery must follow from something the audience can see or hear. OPENING SHOT Medium-wide shot in the flooded observation room. Mara stands at the sonar desk. Ivo secures the pressure door behind her. The receiver starts pulsing. CAMERA AND SOUND One slow push-in. Natural motion. Dry dialogue, water against glass, metal strain, and the receiver pulse. No titles, logos, captions, or music. AUDIENCE RULES The audience can investigate, retreat, contact the surface, or use an object already visible in the room. Every choice must work as the next continuous shot.
After the audience votes to contact the surface, the next prompt could be: “Mara raises the radio without leaving the pressure door. Hold the camera still. Static answers with three low pulses. End on Mara and Ivo looking at each other.” The vote changes one action. The cast and room stay put. The ending creates another usable decision.
Avoid prompts that replace the location, add several new characters, or ask for multiple camera moves. Those directions spend the scene rebuilding the world instead of advancing it. For more prompt structure, see the JSON prompting tutorial. You can also test a standalone H3 clip before using the shot in a Worldstream.

Hosting and billing

The Worldstream builder creates the public room and the systems behind it. Creators sign in and control the world. Published rooms are open to viewers without an account. Viewer sessions, ownership checks, public links, and permissions use the same hosted service.
Chat settings include automatic moderation, blocked terms, link rules, slow mode, and story boundaries. Sequencer also starts H3, carries scene state into each request, handles capacity, stops idle sessions, and reconnects viewers when a room drops.
Gems, daily rewards, purchases, launch charges, and compute budgets use one ledger. When a paid start fails, the charge is refunded automatically. You do not need to assemble separate authentication, moderation, inference, streaming, and billing services for the show.

Share it with friends

Your Worldstream is built. Publish it directly on Worldstreams, or add it to your own Sequencer Site.

Publish on Worldstreams

1
Open your Worldstream
Go to the Worldstreams dashboard and find its card.
2
Make it public
Open the three-dot menu and choose Make Public. The room is added to the Worldstreams directory.
3
Send the room link
Choose Open or Copy link and send the /worldstreams/... address to your friends. Choose Make unlisted first if you want the room hidden from the directory.

Host it on your Sequencer Site

1
Create a Site
Open Sites, choose Generate Site, and give it a name and description.
2
Add your Worldstream
Choose Add Experience, then WORLDSTREAM, then select the Worldstream you built. The change saves automatically.
3
Publish and share
Click Publish & View Site, copy the /s/... address, and send it to your friends.
Friends can open either published link without creating an account.
