Content Policy

This Content Policy applies to Private Mode and forms part of the Sequencer Terms of Service. It covers prompts, uploads, generated media, and any other content you create or process through Private Mode.

1. Eligibility and Scope

You must be at least 18 years old to use Private Mode. Private Mode may support lawful mature themes. Any sexual content may depict only consenting adults who are clearly 18 or older, and you must have permission to use the likeness of every identifiable person depicted.

Your use of Private Mode must comply with applicable law, the Sequencer Terms of Service, and this policy.

2. Your Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for your prompts, source material, generated content, and how you use or distribute that content. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or offensive. Review each output before relying on it or sharing it.

You must own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and consent for everything you submit. Your use of content must respect intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, and other rights.

3. Models and Providers

Private Mode provides access to models operated by third-party providers. Their terms and policies may apply independently, and a provider may block a request or output. Models and their availability may change at any time. Every model remains subject to applicable law, this policy, and its provider's restrictions.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Private Mode to:

Violate any law or regulation.

Exploit or endanger a child, including through grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or child sexual abuse material. This includes real, fictional, illustrated, animated, and AI-generated content involving anyone under 18, appearing under 18, or of unclear age.

Create or share nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, nudification, or sexual content using an identifiable person's likeness without their explicit permission.

Abuse, threaten, stalk, extort, traffic, or exploit another person, or provide practical assistance for those acts.

•

Violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, including by using their name, voice, image, or likeness without the necessary permission.

•

Commit fraud, impersonate another person, falsify your age, create forged evidence, or deceive others in a way likely to cause harm.

•

Distribute malware, compromise security, disrupt the Service, collect information without authorization, abuse automated access, or resell access to Private Mode.

•

Use AI output for high-risk decisions where an error could cause death, serious injury, or significant physical, financial, legal, or safety harm.

•

Attempt, assist, encourage, or arrange any prohibited conduct described above.

5. Enforcement

Sequencer and its providers may block prompts or outputs, restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve or report information when required by law. We may consider context, severity, and repeated behavior when responding to suspected violations.

6. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as the Service, provider requirements, and applicable law evolve. Changes become effective when posted. Questions or appeals can be sent to support@sequencer.media.
