Create Two Character Images
Make one image for each speaker on the Generate Images page. Nano Banana 2 works well. Use one person, a clear face, and the same cartoon style.

Open Public Flow
Open the prebuilt flow. You should see uploads for podcast audio, Speaker 1, Speaker 2, two prompt boxes, the speaker order switch, and Run Flow.

Upload Your Files
Speaker 1 Image
Upload the first character image.
Speaker 2 Image
Upload the second character image.
Podcast Audio
Upload your short audio test. About 30 seconds is best for the first run.

Add Animation Prompts
Paste one short prompt for each speaker. Tell the flow how their face, mouth, eyes, head, and body should move.
Speaker 1 prompt
Natural talking animation. Cartoon lip movement, simple eye blinks, and a soft, dorky facial expression.
Speaker 2 prompt
Confident talking animation. Perfect posture, still head, firm rigid jaw, visible white teeth, cartoon lip movement, and 2D eye blinks.

Fix Speaker Order
If Speaker 2 talks first in the audio, turn on Switch Speaker Order. If Speaker 1 talks first, leave it off.

Run Flow
Click Run Flow. When it finishes, download the animated podcast video.
