This tutorial shows the quality-first pipeline for a short 3D animated film in the 3dFifa workspace. The difference is the order: make the script, build the dialogue audio first, generate 2K Nano Banana Pro starting images, then generate Seedance clips using Timeline Audio.
It is slower and more expensive than a fast AI video pass. It gives you better performances, stronger faces, cleaner continuity, and room for real editing and sound design.

Generate 2K Starting Images
Generate each starting image at 2K with Nano Banana Pro. This is where most of the quality is won: readable staging, clean faces, strong lighting, and consistent character design.
Start Image Standard
Every shot should work as a still frame before it becomes a video clip.
Regenerate or edit any frame with broken eyes, weak hands, muddy logos, or unclear staging.
Use the same character handles in every prompt so the cast stays consistent across shots.

Attach Timeline Audio to Every Shot
In the shot card, click the plus button and choose Timeline Audio. If an audio chip already exists, open it and choose Use Timeline Audio. Then generate the Seedance clip at max quality with the start image and audio input.
Seedance Prompting Rule
Put performance and camera direction in the video prompt, but do not ask the model to invent new lines. The dialogue should come from the audio input, and the prompt should say that clearly.

Edit, Comp Back, and Add Foley
After the video generations finish, go back to the timeline. Trim dead space, keep reactions tight, comp the clips together, and add foley by hand. This is where the short stops feeling like a model demo and starts feeling like a film.
